If you need a few hundred dollars and you don't have a lot of time to get it, there are a few things you can do try to do to get the money that you need fast. You will want to stop spending and start saving, and look into the following three options to get some cash as soon as possible.
Do you have anything around your house or property that could be valuable at the scrap yard, and worth enough that you wouldn't have to borrow money from anyone? If so, haul it to the scrap yard on your own. Call the scrap yard to ask if there are any preparations needed for the items that you're bringing in, so the item is ready to be weighed when you get there. Old appliances, old plumbing or siding, and even junk car parts are ideal.
If you have a job or any type of regular money that comes in, like social security or child support, you should be able to get a payday advance. This is where a lender grants you money based on the amount that you make, and what you can afford to pay back on the next payday. Some lenders allow you to spread the payments out if needed. The payday advance is ideal for people with poor credit, who are looking to borrow for a short term. This money can also be deposited into a checking or savings account the same day, or within 24 hours of when you apply, so it's one of the fastest ways to get cash.
Do you currently own your car or have a lot of equity in it? If so, you may be able to find a title loan lender that can give you the cash that you need, but you have to put your vehicle up for collateral. This means if you don't make your payments on time, the loan company gets the title to your car and you no longer own it. This could get you more money than the first two options, but it comes with a greater risk.
If you have a bill that you have to pay, if you have to see a doctor and need cash, or there is some other emergency and you don't know how you're going to get the money that you need, explore all three of these different possibilities.Share
